  • If you change your mind before your order is shipped (you have not yet received a delivery tracking number from us)(please understand that sometimes the package may have already been dispatched, but due to a high volume of orders, our team might not have been able to provide you with the tracking number yet), simply contact our support team.
  • We will process a full refund, deducting a £60 handling fee, no questions asked.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

  • If you decide to cancel your order or return or exchange after accepting, receiving, and opening the package, please keep reading for further instructions.

To be eligible for addressing your concerns, the doll must be in the same condition as received. It should be unworn, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. We also require the receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the process. (please note that the return courier fee is your responsibility.   • After our warehouse receives and verifies the returned package, checked and confirmed the doll remains in a condition that can be resold, we will issue a 50% refund. A processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee will be the lesser of 50% of your total order value or a minimum of £200. If 50% of your order value does not reach £200, a flat fee of £200 will be applied. This covers the costs associated with the failed delivery and restocking
